At Texture Society, we believe celebrations should feel intentional, flexible, and aligned with real life. The Birthday Club is designed to honor you during your birthday season—before, during, and even a little after—while maintaining clarity and consistency for our community.

Birthday Club Policy

Eligibility

The Birthday Club is available to all clients during their birthday season.
Clients may participate once per calendar year.
Proof of birth month may be requested for verification.

Birthday Offer Details

The birthday discount applies to:
- Services
- Online retail purchases
The birthday discount does not apply to gift cards.
The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, bundles, or discounts.

Redemption Window

To allow flexibility and ease, your Birthday Club benefit may be used within the following timeframe:

Up to 2 weeks before your birthday, and
Up to 2 months after your birthday month

Example:
If your birthday is in August, your birthday benefit is valid through October. This allows you to plan your visit around your schedule while still honoring the spirit of the celebration.

Booking & Redemption Guidelines

Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
The birthday discount must be mentioned or applied at the time of booking.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past appointments.

Service Eligibility

Birthday Club discounts apply to select services, as determined by Texture Society.
Services may vary based on availability, timing, or stylist discretion.
Birthday discounts do not apply toward cancellation fees, late fees, or no-show fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Standard Texture Society cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.
Missed or late-canceled appointments may result in forfeiture of the Birthday Club benefit.
If your appointment is rescheduled beyond the eligible birthday window, the discount will no longer apply.

Transferability

Birthday Club benefits are non-transferable.
Offers may not be shared, gifted, or exchanged for cash or services.

Program Updates

Texture Society reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Birthday Club at any time.
Participation in the program indicates acceptance of these terms.
